This waiver will depend on the knowledge that you gather over a period of time and taking an exam that will help you attain this waiver. This would help in getting the waivers. There are a number of institutes on line that would conduct specialty courses for the purpose of waiver. Some of the states even insist on a final exam. Unless you score well you will not be issued a certificate. You need to ensure that you are prepared well for the exam as well as for the waiver courses.
